When do courses start and finish?

The next round of live classes will be offered in January 2022. You can purchase levels 1-3 anytime — they are recorded classes and which you can take at your own pace.

DOES KORIM DO THE SAME THING AS A FULL HEBREW COURSE?

Korim is meant for reading practice, not teaching Hebrew grammar or syntax. If you want to begin the journey of learning to read and understand the structures of Biblical Hebrew, check out LHA's Fall 2019 Aleph א course or enroll in the next live course offering in January 2022.

How long do I have access to the course?

After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. Korim is a monthly subscription reading group that you can join and stop at any time.

How is the LIVE online class set up?

Recorded classes are released each week in addition to weekly live Q&As and mid-week exercises and check-in. Students may interact on the discussion board with questions and comments on the week's readings and course material.

Is there any prior knowledge required?

For Aleph א, absolutely not! Whether you already have the alphabet memorized or have no idea what an "aleph" looks like, this course will provide you with the basics needed in order to progress through the material smoothly. For Aleph ב, the required prerequisite course is Aleph א. Likewise for Aleph ג, students must have the prerequisite of level 2 or an equivalent course before enrolling.

Can i purchase one of the “concluded” courses?

Yes, absolutely! You can purchase any of the concluded courses at any time and can work through the videos and supplemental material at your own pace. If you prefer the live participation, I recommend enrolling in one of the upcoming live classes. You have unlimited access to all courses, as well as the invitation to email and correspond with Megan on any questions that arise for both recorded and live courses.

Do you offer private tutoring or individual lessons?
